‘Joyful Days Ahead’ Acrylic

This canvas was primed firstly to give a better base for painting. The canvas has been stretched around a frame so it’s ready to be hung in your space.

I brought together a dark pink, light pink, yellow and green. I created waves and blended the colours slightly together. Beautiful vibrant and bright colours, light up a small area of your home. So joyful and calming. I wanted to add some texture so I added the acrylic in some areas much thicker to give a 3D look. Once it dried I used a varnish, twice, to protect the canvas from dust and debris. This will help the acrylic last and the paint will not come away. The canvas is also painted on the sides.
