A botanical watercolour of a summer garden flower picked from my garden.
Hollyhocks are renowned for their robustness and ability to survive all weather conditions. At over 8 feet tall, they seem to reach for the skies. They are also a symbol of abundance and fertility, mirrored by the multitude of seeds they provide.
The painting has my signature on the front and the flower's name.
The painting size is 41 cm x 29.50 cm or 16 x 11.5 inches and comes unmounted and unframed leaving the buyer free to select their framing preference.
