Ice Floes Acrylic

McCullock's Glacial Collection is inspired by the majestic sublime beauty of the Arctic tundra. Modelling clay has been fashioned to create deep and dramatic textures. Predominately but not exclusively monochrome in colour with subtle use of resin and iridescent metallic paint . These leave contrasting aesthetically pleasing marks on the canvas or board and combine to produce a dramatic contemporary abstract.

This statement artwork is painted onto a 60 x 60 cm canvas whose sides have been painted white. It features a highly textured detail of clay and muslin. Areas have been appliquéd with gold pigment infused gloss resin. Textures have been highlighted with gold paint.
McCullock's initial is featured in clay on the front of the canvas. Signed in full on the reverse. Strung, ready to hang.
