IL CASTELLETTO Watercolours

An imposing castle overlooking the beach on the Italian Riviera near Finale Ligure. The sea was a bright blue on a lovely summer’s day when I sketched this scene, then painted later in the studio in a stylised manner. It took me several days to paint.
The painting is with Winsor and Newton watercolour paints on Arches 100% cotton, cold pressed, acid free, 300gsm watercolour paper. Ready for your own choice of mount and frame, the paper is A3 size as detailed below. The original artwork comes with my signature on the front and a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
