IDENTITY CRISIS Watercolours

This is one of a series of Italian doors I have painted. I knew I had to paint it this door with its profusion of flowers and plants in Lingueglietta when I saw it ! It was in one of those typical villages with narrow alleys and lots of greenery outside in make-do containers from baskets and boxes to pots and pans! This particular alley had some of the numbers changed so the plaque above the door had been painted over whereas on the wall it was just crossed out to be replaced by the new assigned number! It took me many hours to complete, I hope you like it!
The painting is Winsor and Newton watercolour paints on cold pressed, acid free, 300gsm watercolour paper. Ready for your own choice of mount and frame, the paper is A3 size as detailed below. The original artwork comes with my signature on the front and a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
