I rarely paint abstract art, but when I do I completely immerse myself in it.

This piece is escapism. It is gasping for air when the world gets too much. It is surrounding oneself with colour, texture and freedom and releasing the tension. It is feeling the intense relief, as the depression leaves the mind, and you can breath again.
