Forest Sunrise Oil

A colourful woodland landscape oil painting of the dawn sunlight streaming through trees in a moment of fleeting beauty.
I used a photo I took in 2019, at the summit of Copolia mountain in Seychelles, after ascending in pitch black in torrential rain. As the mist rose from the forest floor the sunlight caught the emerging colours of the mosses and ferns on the granite rocks.
The painting is 24 x 18 x 0.5 inches, the sides are painted deep ultramarine and the work can be hung unframed with picture hanging fittings in place.
A certificate of authenticity is issued with the work which is dated and signed on the front lower right corner
