Urban Courtship Acrylic

McCullock's latest foray into colour and texture has resulted in intensely busy graphic images. The composition almost resembles graffiti but displays a more aesthetically pleasing form. This painting features the Pantone colour of the year, "Very Peri ". Resin, inks and acrylic paint have been used to great advantage to enable contrasting textures painted onto a deep edge box canvas. Intricate detail with pen and ink have been painstakingly drawn over every inch of the canvas. These details include the artists signature, and hearts- the universal language of love. This gives a 3- dimensional effect and creates a wow factor to the image. An embossed initial is displayed on the left hand side of the canvas. It is also signed in full and on the reverse and decorated with a wax seal
