Embleton Beach 1, tiny canvas Acrylic

Embleton Beach 1 is a part of a stunning series of small acrylic paintings. This picturesque beach is situated near the ruins of Dustanborough Castle, which is perched on the dramatic black cliffs.

One day, as I set out for a sunny afternoon stroll with my dog Harvey, we decided to explore the fields surrounding Embleton. We wandered through the fields, enjoying the gentle breeze and the thrill of a little bit of lostness.

We stumbled upon a path that led us through a picturesque golf course with manicured greens and stunning coastline views. We followed the path, Harvey bounding ahead with excitement, until we reached the golden beach.

The golden sands stretched out before us, framed by the deep azure of the sky above. The contrast between the gold-yellow beach and the azure backdrop of the sky above was a fascinating setting.

It is why I was inspired to paint quite a few paintings based on this place.

I painted on a small canvas that is not stretched on wooden bars. It can be framed like works on paper, but it doesn't need to be framed behind glass.

The size is 20 x 15 cm, with a white margin around it, and the painting itself is a bit smaller: 17.5 x 12.5 cm (see the images).

The artwork is NOT framed, and the other images only show how this painting can look on a wall and in a frame.
