An entirely fictional woodland scene, although I'm sure that many places bear a striking similarity, at least in peoples' minds.
An oil painting on a primed wooden board. In a wooden frame (mahogany and gold stain) with fixings (D-rings and brass wire) attached, and ready to hang.
