Just before getting into the zone during meditating I had this image in my head and wanted to recreate it on a surface, bring it out onto the world so to speak.
Focusing on the colour, form and light that were only visible to me at that moment.

I often get flashbacks/ memories before getting into the zone. I find this time fascinating. Sometimes the colours are fluid and so vivid it's like I've never seen them before. All the colours come and go.
Just so beautiful.

The painting has my signature on the front and on the back my name with the paintings title, date and dimensions.

All paintings are securely packaged in acid free tissue paper, cellophane, ridged cardboard and one inner card backed envelope and one outer padded envelope.
My paintings are sent via Royal Mail.
