This is an impressionist cityscape oil painting on stretched canvas.
In Central Park Steinway Tower disappears into the morning mist. The severe lines of the buildings were accentuated by the stark trees, some still with last autumn's leaves that mirror the warm tones of the architecture. The faint rose tint of the upper sky lends a soft glow to the scene.
The sides are painted white and the work can be hung unframed with picture hanging fittings in place.
This work is 20 x 16 x 0.5 inches and is dated and signed on the front lower right corner.
A certificate of Authenticity signed by myself accompanies each original.
