Moonlight Sentinels.
Watercolour and acrylic on paper

Moonlight Sentinels is a beautiful watercolour and acrylic land/seascape, which I painted on mixed media paper.
I created a detailed moonlit rocky outcrop, with highlighted flecks of blue, and silver, looking out at a stunning purple and blue moonlit sea and sky. I used dark, muted watercolours for the sky and acrylics for the sea to create a dramatic, sublime effect in the work. I painted the rocky outcrop with many thicker layers of acrylic paint to create the strong, stoic forms which are thrown into relief by the moon.

The painting has my signature on the front and on the back my name with the paintings title, date and dimensions.

All paintings are securely packaged in acid free tissue paper, cellophane, ridged cardboard and one inner card backed envelope and one outer padded envelope.
