Description
This etching is a view of the National Trust property of Scotney Castle in Lamberhurst Kent. The moated castle dates from 1137 and is often described as a fairytale castle and one of the most picturesque in England.
The etching was produced using the technique of drypoint on an acrylic plate with a diamond tip pen. The image is A3 size and printed on an etching press with Charbonnel Etching Ink on 300gsm Bockingford Watercolour Paper, sold unframed. There is only 1 print left available from an edition of 6. The print is rolled and packaged in a hard protective tube of delivery.
