Description
I created this oil painting on Linen, by joining together 4 photographs, it's inspired by the paintings of Richard Estes. This image cannot be created using one photo. It's a painting of Holbeach in Lincolnshire. It has been varnished for protection.
I am pleased to announce that this painting won a 'Highly commended award' at the 2023 British Art Prize in London. I managed to complete the painting one day before the extended deadline finished.
