Description

This is my first painting of a tiger. Tigers are powerful animals representing vitality and strength. They are truly majestic animals. I have painted the tiger in a dominant stance, which really draws you into the canvas painting I find the eyes of the tiger are a key component of the painting and is a focal point. The painting has been varnished with Liquitex gloss varnish. The edges of the canvas have been painted black; therefore it can be hung on the wall without framing.
