Embleton Beach Diptych 3 Acrylic

I captured the peaceful beach scenes beneath a stunning blue sky dotted with clouds. Few people are strolling along the shore, including the shell seeker, providing a sense of scale and liveliness. The lush green hill in the background contrasts beautifully with the expansive azure sky and sea. These small acrylic paintings invite viewers to engage with the tranquillity and natural beauty of the Northumberland coast.

Embleton Beach Diptych 2 contains two small artworks I painted en plein air.

The paintings are created on small, not stretched, canvases, each 20 x 15 x 0.1 cm. A white border surrounds the paintings, and the images are a bit smaller than the canvas itself, each measuring 17.5 x 12.5 cm.

The unstretched canvases can be framed like works on paper but don't need to be framed behind glass.

These works are not framed.
