Goodness and Love Will Follow Me Acrylic

This painting is part of a set of works that were inspired by the Yorkshire Dales. The last verse of Psalm 23 was also an inspiration for this painting, as the joy found in the beauty of the vast views and surroundings of the Dales is just one example of goodness that fills our life.
The colour palette depicts the effect of the light in the valley. A combination of texture in places and allowing the paint to move freely has given the painting its character and depth. It is painted on a deep edge canvas with acrylic paint.
