Smooth blended glazes of brushwork is combined with richly textured palette knife work to suggest movement and depth as this piece strives to depict the atmosphere of a magical land and seascape.
Using a palette of blues with yellow ochre and a sky of pinks and grey, it is painted on a deep sided canvas with painted sides to tone. 102 x 76 x 4 cm ( 40 x 30 x 1,5 inches).
