I used warm and bright autumn colours in this painting and wanted it to radiate an intense and deep feeling with the deep red leaves. It is as if the trees are on fire, but still standing tall and straight amongst all the turmoil around them. With the yellow and orange background I wanted to give the impression of the last warm, bright sunshine of the summer, fading away. Comes with the certificate of authenticity and signed and dated at the back. The sides are painted to match the colour and the painting is varnished for protection and durability and is ready to hang.

About the Artist

I love to paint. It can be any subject, but the end result will be colourful and often abstract. I try not to be too literal in my presentations, so that people can follow their imagination. I am happy to do commissions as well. I was born and brought up in the Netherlands, but have lived no...
