New Artwork. Title: Unsettling isn't it. Acrylic Painting with x1 Toy Eye. On Canvas. 40cmx40cmx3cm This is my first all Painting (bar the signiture x1 toy eye) in over 30 years. I love the Sureal Naievity that can be achieved in this way. The Banana is an obvious trope but other details point to secret knowledge and kitch. I particularly like the ceramic china style flowers I achieved with thick Paint. The swirling night sky so imprssionist. With this Painting I feel I've defined a new direction for my Arts Practice. An unsettling one. I hope it brings a change too in people wanting to own my work, which for me is more about appreciation and sharing. It's not why I do it. For me its a compulsion I have done and will continue to do regardless. So please enjoy, feed back. I'm interested in what people think of my work.  #Art #curate #paintings #portrait #toy #eye #pyramid#desert #red #yellow #artistic #unsettling #naive #folk #acrylic #painting#kitsch #artist
