Sunflower. An original watercolour on watercolour paper. One of the paintings that I created at my Solo Art Exhibition in October. I created this bright painting of the sunflower as a homage to summer's warm, glowing energies. I used light and darker yellow pigments for the petals. For the centre I built up tiny dots of red, brown and yellow for the warm heart of the flower. I painted a loose, abstract background of pink and blue to bring the main focus to the sunflower.

The painting has my signature on the front and on the back my name with the paintings title, date and dimensions. All paintings are securely packaged in acid free tissue paper, cellophane, ridged cardboard and one inner card backed envelope and one outer padded envelope.

My paintings are sent via Royal Mail.
