Beautiful colours have been extruded and pressed in ethylene-vinyl-acetate (EVA)  which is a process I've developed over many years working with this material and unique to me. These pieces are then cut by hand into loosley based flower shapes and glued to the canvas in a collage of layers. The effect is quite breathtaking, resembling watercolours which have been trapped in plastic.

The resin has a high gloss finish which is enhanced with a protective varnish resulting in a glass-like quality.

The deep edges of the canvas have been covered with a rough white texture so a frame is purely optional.

A light dusting with a soft paintbrush will keep this unique artwork in pristine condition.
