This small mixed-media sculpture is inspired by the idea of comfort food and exploring through materials how to interpret this in an amusing way. Also, as I no longer eat sweet desserts for health reasons, there is a satisfaction in re-creating them!
I have used carded fibre as a forming medium; up-cycled a glass jar as container and canvas wrapped wood decorated using professional standard acrylic paint. It is titled and signed on the reverse.
