Kilchurn Castle, Loch Awe, Dalmally, can be found in Argyll and Bute. Kilchurn was the seat of the Clan Campbell of Glenorchy and was built around 1450 by the first Laird of Glenorchy, Sir Colin Campbell. Kilchurn Castle was abandoned in the 1700's and remains a ruin, however visitors still have access throughout the summer months.
