Never Give Up Hope....A Lakeland Scene.
This painting is based on memories, feelings and photograhs. The Lake District feels like my second home as I lived there between 1978 and 1981 and went back again for a couple of years in the mid 1990s.
I remember the time when I walked just a little too far and ended up camping on the mountain as the night and the weather drew in. I awoke to a glorious morning and took a couple of pictures (which I still have) and this is the outcome of that mornings experience.
I mainly used sponges and finished off with small brushes.
I can assure you that, if you were to purchase this or any other of my original artworks, that I will package it up securely and post it off to you within 2 - 3 days via a 24 hour/48 hour service.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my ArtGallery site.
