This is an original acrylic painting on deep edge stretched canvas. This painting shows yachts sailing on a bright tranquil emerald green sea. It was painted using a pallette knife which gives the piece a loose, contemporary style. The use of perspective leads the viewers eyes right into the distance. There is a nice build up of texture within the painted surface which creates movement and depth. The yachts are subtly reflected in the calm sea. The canvas edges have been painted seamlessly so it can be hung straight away. It has been painted on a stretched canvas and I always use excellent quality Windsor & Newton acrylic paints. It was produced by me in 2016, and is signed. I will also provide a signed certificate of authenticity with the piece of artwork.
