This is a large impressionistic oil painting of the new London Skyline. It is showing the latest additions - buildings including the Gherkin and Cheese Grater which are among the more noticeable. Their reflections are showing in the River Thames. The sun is setting behind the buildings casting dramatic shadows. It is a very magical cityscape painting with the bold oranges and yellows of the sunsetof London town. I have tried to capture the fantastic light of the evening sunsetand showing the reflections in the river thames. This painting is on a deep edge canvas ready to hang on your wall. It is one of a series of London sunsets. Original artwork with signed Certificate of Authenticity
