Lifting the Veil

Some may describe a contact with another being, from a different dimension as 'lifting the veil!' This painting is set on a moonlit hill. Ancient standing stones, and the partly in shadow, veiled female face, in a blue tone, adds to the mystery of this portrait. In different levels of light, the painting changes to reveal more to look at, and consider. As if in a dream, she has followed me. Painted on high quality paper in acrylics. Signed front and rear, and sealed with quality varnish. This painting will need to be framed in order to hang. Any enquiries very welcome. Many thanks for looking.

About the Artist

Welcome to my gallery. From a very early age I have been interested in the expression of emotions through drawing and painting. I also studied the history of Art at school and later at university. When I produce a painting I often feel that I have managed to record a segment of my own emotions....
