Hes not forgot
The poem on the wall
Reminds him of the past
When times were much better
Cos he once had a lass
A Scottish lass
She was class
And with A scottish twang
They sang
In pubs and clubs
Poetry in motion
They had emotion
Livin it up
in a mancunian town
then one day
high on drink and drugs
She passed away
His life fell away
fell in the gutter
lost his bread and butter
so yeah
he sat outside
lost his pride
stuck on drink and drugs

but at the Lass O Gowrie pub
he hoped and prayed
for a better day

help was on the way
