Himba women apply otjize paste every morning in a grooming ritual that can take two to three hours. The mixture is scented with aromatic resins, Otjize is considered to ensure the ideal of Himba beauty

The painting is sent framed, with an 8 cm (3.2 in) wide frame, ready to hang. Glass is not suitable to be sent by post so the painting is supplied with Styrene safety glass, which has the same clarity as glass, but it is much durable and safer than traditional glass
