Hares at Play

10 monthly payments of £14.50 0% APR

This is a watercolour and ink of a pair of hares boxing as part of their courtship display in a meadow of poppies, cornflowers and other wildflowers. I have applied gold highlights to add a rich lustre to their coats. and used Rotring pen work for definition. Pure colour in the foreground creates the sense of freshness of a spring day and the bright blue sky is layered with banks of fluffy white clouds.
Painted on Fabriano Classico 5 140lb Satinata (HP) watercolour paper. The painting size is 14.50'' x 10.50'' and comes with a 2.5'' off white mount card giving it a total size of 16" x 20". Photographed with frame for viewing purposes only.

Certificate of Authenticity signed by myself accompanies each original.
The painting will be carefully flat-packed and dispatched promptly. All paintings are clearly dated and signed on the front bottom right corner.
