Fog's coming is kept in mainly very light, powdery blue and slightly off white colour. It's is not overly textured but by no means smooth either. There is very little contrast, and still, it draws you in. It grabs your attention and you find yourself in a different place.
It's one of those pieces that invites you to daydream, it's a starting point, not a finished journey.
Acrylic, metal leaf and metal have been used as well as various glues, mediums and tools. I use anything and everything to paint, mainly my hands though. With this piece, different fabrics have played a big part in getting the paint and texture just right. But that's just the nitty gritty bits.
