In early spring I've seen and photographed a similar scene during a walk with my Border Collie companion called Max. The sky was still fairly bright and the moon was already shining upon us while, the new flowers on the tree, were rejoicing the early days of the year.

The painting does have many aspects. It is versatile because in different light you'll see somewhat different painting. For example the frontal view shows a whitish moon which can have a silverish shimmer, or even - seen from the side - go into slight purplish glow.

The same can be said about the sky, which materializes itself somewhere between light and darker blue shades, but viewing the painting from different angles, it shows itself in lustrous bluish-silver which changes sometimes into very light purplish, shiny blue.

Through its luminosity, and depending how its catches the light, the painting is continuously changing in altering lighting. This gives the artwork movement and variation in different lights. Using one word to describe this painting, it would be: Opalescent.

Some images show you how the artwork may look in a frame and on a wall. These photographs are as good as possible to scale, but always check the size of the artwork which is, in this case 61 x 46 cm, plus frame, the size can end up somewhere around 71 x 56 cm. Knowing this, you can easier imagine this particular painting in your place.

The high quality canvas is professional stretched, medium grain linen, and it's primed five times. Painted with high quality, professional grade acrylics and varnished three times to protect the artwork.

The sides of the painting are painted in white and the artwork can also be displayed without any frame. Right now it is ready to hang on a sawtooth hanger fixed to the stretcher bars of the stretched canvas.

The original artwork will be packed with an exceptional care, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, and it will be sent via tracked services of Royal Mail's Parcelforce Worldwide express48.

For international collectors the piece of art will be sent via tracked services of a courier: Transglobal Express/DPD.
