I've used a green flexible filament and 3d pen to create this unique piece of artwork. Lengths of green cotton are tied to the wooden dowel which measures 64cm long. I've then drawn over the cotton with the melted plastic to form a one line design featuring the flowers and foliage of field scabious in a charming, naive style. I've added more filament scribbles to create a beautiful lace effect.

The ends of the green cotton are finished with wooden beads.

The filament used is super strong and durable resulting in a robust and stylish piece of contemporary art which would look great hung anywhere in the home.
