'Cycle of Life' is a large, abstract collage painting that will be a striking statement piece in any room. The wonderful deep ultramine blue and in this contemporary colour field painting was mixed with artist pigments. The pigments were mixed to a beautiful matte, chalk like finish. Dyed china paper has been carefully layered to add depth as well as lightness to the work. Artist pigments, paper, acrylic, charcoal, pencil and wax pastels. The deep edges of the gallery wrapped canvas were painted in a complementary blue wash. Hooks and cord are attached at the back of the canvas it is ready for hanging. The painting comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
