The viewer is standing outside waiting for someone who is late. They begin to wish they were anywhere else. It is a bitterly cold night in a city they do no know at all, they are frozen through to the bone, and thoroughly miserable. Their appointee didn't show so they shivered their way back home. This was the last visual image in their mind and made them realise that there is beauty even in a harsh environment, even when things don't work out as planned. Acrylic on canvas, finished with an isolation coat, and then with a layer of satin acrylic anti UV varnish. Ready to hang, comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
