Coastal Path View, Brixham

I regularly walk this part of the coastal path and love this view across to St Mary's Bay in Brixham, Devon. On a bright, sunny day the sea has a Mediterranean quality (in colour, not temperature!). I have used very gestural marks to capture the impression of the fresh, wild flowers and grasses, and the contrasting rocky cliff face.
This drawing is sold mounted in an charcoal black guttered mount (these mounts are made specifically for dry media) and measures 16" X 12", the drawing's aperture is 12" X 8". It has a backing board and is presented in a clear sellophane sleeve.
It has been lightly sprayed with fixative, but due to the very delicate nature of this media, it needs handling with care and will need to be framed behind glass. The artwork is hinge fixed in the mount (taped at the top with conservation tape) and a protective sheet of paper will be slipped over the artwork to keep it safe while in transit (see photos).
We are a very environmentally conscious household, so wherever possible your parcel will be securely packaged with reused shipping and packing materials.
