This piece "Bipolar" depicts a bipolar disorder - dramatic mood swings alternating between periods of depression (intense sadness or withdrawal) to mania (elevated mood). The left side of this piece represents the depressed phase of the individual and the right side of this piece represents the elevated mood.  From the top left is an inverted bicycle which represents the journey of a bipolar person. The five faces in this piece represents different moods. The kilogram at the bottom represents the weight of depression this individual is going through and next to this by the right is a column supporting a slab used to depict emotional support.
