Battersea Power Station has been an iconic London Landmark since it was first erected to help supply the electricity needs of London. Decommissioned in the 1980's it was left to decay until recent development plans were undertaken. The first steps of this process are recorded in this painting as Battersea Power Station is undergoing the process of rebirth. The measurements are for the framed piece. Framed in square Oak with a 10cm mount, the painting is 30cm wide by 22 inches high. Battersea Reborn was one of the 6 painting body of work given the Barbara Tate Memorial Award at 2015 Society of Women Artists Exhibition.
