Studied art and design at Liverpool John Moores. working from my studio at home on canvas, board or paper using acrylics inks oils and mixed media I love to paint all subjects including seascapes, cityscapes, still life and abstracts. I experiment with different media, styles and techniques to create my works. sketches and photographs are used as a visual reference for my paintings. I pick up information and inspiration from many sources such as Holidays and days out with the family or quite simply reading a book or watching television. Most of my inspiration will come to me as i settle in bed when my mind is relaxing, ideas will start over acting and i will have to jump up and note ideas or sketch before i finally go off to sleep. Then i cant wait to get up in the morning and get going again. I hope my paintings might find a place in your heart and you can love them as much as i have loved creating them. Thank you.
