I have enjoyed painting since I was a child. Due to work and family it always took a back seat. Then when my children flew the nest I was able to indulge in my passion for painting. I joined a group class for painting oils using a palate knife but mainly I am self taught. I have sold paintings to family and friends and display in a few local galleries in Cheadle Hulme and Chorlton. I entered a competition last summer and received 1st prize for best art exhibition. I love creating and am proud of my paintings
