    Artistically, I'm inspired by colour - I am intrigued by the way colours work together and the magical way they can evoke an emotional response. My paintings are largely figurative, depicting mostly the natural world in a style that's loosely impressionistic. I work mostly in acrylics but also paint in oils and pastels. Now and then I use pencil or charcoal. My interest in mosaics was also awakened by a love of colour, but soon I was drawn in by the almost meditative creative process. The ancient art of mosaics is due for a revival - it's the perfect art form for beautifying our urban environment. I'm happy to accept commissions.

    Beautiful mosaic. I'd had it on my watch list for a while, hoping nobody else purchased it. It's very unusual and well made, came already strung. Mt cat, Mrs Ginger, loves it.

    Very good service, nice to be able to speak to a friendly voice on the other end of the line instead of being like some customer service centres where you only get emails. Lady was very helpful, answered all my queries and sorted out what I wanted. Have used before and will use again.
