    Each of my paintings consist of many layers of acrylic paint, which is often combined with other mixed media and sometimes with mixable oil paints. Often organic materials are used for added texture, such as sand, wood, plaster, or other. The painting develops and the result can be unpredictable, as I love to experiment with the colours, form and texture and the finished product can take days, or weeks as different layers are added. Changing light and reflections through the day will often create a certain effect, especially with added metallic colours. The emotional impact of colour and form is always exciting and unique in its own way, as different forms and results occur each time. Having sold many works here in UK and abroad it is always satisfying when a customer is happy with the purchase. Some of my works have been chosen for a project and displayed in the Intercontinental Hotel in Edinburgh. Your painting will be dispatched direct from my studio in Kent, signed and dated at the back and will be well protected in a bubble wrap and packaged in a strong custom made cardboard box for safe arrival.

    Davina's painting was full of colour and vigour. It appealed to me on several levels and I'm enjoying seeing it on the wall in different lights.
    The painting arrived quickly and was well wrapped. There was also a lovely note inside from Davina.

    Very comprehensive selection of paintings at prices to suit everyone. Easy to look at what you want, although it's not always easy to make up your mind if you find lots of paintings you like.
