Along the harbour

Having grown up on, in and around Polperro harbour in Cornwall, I'm drawn to these places more than any other. This harbour is a work of imagination but features many of my trademark Cornish touches: cobb cottages with textural paint applied with a palette knife, rough stone harbour walls, slate roofs covered in the yellow lichen that gives the houses their distinctive appearance. There are tiny touches of red in the buoys and added to the slates of some of the houses.
This is acrylic on board, varnished for protection and comes framed and ready to hang in a wooden frame which I've painted a soft white before waxing. It's strung on the back and ready to hang.
It measures 93cm x 32cm x 2cm so would look perfect above a sofa or a double bed.
I’ve signed the back and it will be sent with a signed certificate of authenticity but please let me know if you would like it signed on the front and I’ll be happy to do so.
W 93.00 cm x H 32.00 cm
