This piece was inspired by a moment in time,standing on the beach at night,looking out to sea.Whilst painting this,i could almost feel the wind in my hair,and the smell of salt.
It is a large piece on a chunky box canvas,so no framing is required.It has an acrylic base,finished in subtle oils.I used a monochrome palette to give an essence of this landscape.
This looks stunning!
