CCTV is everywhere these days. We always see them but we never notice them. We don't see the dark hidden meaning of the CCTV and how oppressive it can be. A law abiding citizen can only hope that whoever is watching doesn't abuse their power.
This image shows the dark stain of corruption and allows viewers to see more than their eyes would show them.
