Artists notes
Not primarily concerned with taking a technically “good” photograph, more important to try and capture the magic of a moment, perhaps convey something of the deeper emotional atmospheres, or simply record the ceaseless vibrations of light and colour on life.
In some of the photographic based work Lovett has used the subject like a brush full of paint and made bold strokes by moving the camera during the photographic process.
The story,
thoughts that rise but do not surface,
moments that pass without a ripple,
we see, but don’t notice,
order from chaos, chaos from order.
and the dancing edge of pattern.
Private, corporate and commercial sale of any image is welcomed.
Commissions undertaken.
