 My name is Iván David. I am 21 years old from Mexico and I am currently living in the UK.
I use acrylic and spray paint on canvas to create artwork that is loud and full of energy, I don't use paint brushes as they tend to flatten the image, instead I only use spatulas which create a very tactile 3D textured finish.
Art for me is not just something you do for fun or an object used to fill a wall space; it is a way of seeing things differently, weather it’s fashion, food or even music, it is self expression and it affects the way I look and behave; in other words it is a way of life.
I feel very passionate about art, and I hope to transfer this feeling to others through my work.
